The steam trap shall be responsible by special person, check at least once per shift; regularly open the wash valve and steam drain valve to close flushing, or remove regularly for flushing to avoid dirt blockage.
2. Keep the lubrication of the valve, the valve trapezoidal thread, the valve stem nut and the support sliding parts.
Bearing position, engagement parts of gear and worm wheel and other coordination parts all need good lubrication conditions to reduce friction and avoid mutual wear.

The lubrication part should be refueling regularly according to the specific situation.
Often open and high temperature valves are suitable for refueling once a week to a month; valves that are not often opened and at low temperature can be longer.
Lubricants include oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite, etc.
Oil is not suitable for high temperature valves; butter is not suitable, they are lost by high temperature melting.
High temperature valve is suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and rubbing graphite powder.
Dew in the outside of the lubrication parts, such as trapezoidal thread, teeth and other parts if the use of butter and other oil, easy to contaminated with dust, and the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder lubrication is not easy to be contaminated with dust and lubrication effect is better than butter, graphite powder is not easy to directly coated, can use a little oil or water adjustment synthetic paste can be used.
The plug valve should be filled according to the specified time, otherwise it is easy to wear and leak.
Keep both pieces complete and intact.
The bolts of flange and bracket should be complete and full, and loosening is not allowed.
If the fastening nuts on the hand wheel are loose, they should be tightened in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the hand wheel.
After the loss of the hand wheel, it is not allowed to use the trap instead of the hand wheel, it should be equipped in time.
Filler pressure difference does not allow skew or no pretension gap.
Easy to rain, snow, dust and other dirt pollution environment, valve stem to install protective cover.
The scale on the valve shall be kept complete and accurate.
The valve lead seal, cap, pneumatic accessories should be complete and intact.
The thermal insulation jacket shall have no depressions and cracks.
In addition, the valve is not allowed to knock, support load or station, so as not to dirty the valve, damage the valve.
Especially for non-metal mesh doors and cast iron valves, more attention should be paid to these taboos.
4. Maintain the daily maintenance of the electric devices.
Maintenance of the electric device, generally not less than once a month.
Maintenance contents include: the appearance should be clean, no dust accumulation, the device is not affected by soda and oil pollution; the sealing surface and point should be firm and tight.
No leakage phenomenon; the lubrication part shall be refueling according to the regulations; the electrical part shall be intact without missing phase fault, the automatic switch and thermal relay shall not be disconnected, and the indicator light shall display correctly.
