Our new ductile iron butterfly valves are ready for dispatch, for the water treatment plant located in middle east.

The valve is designed by API 609, DIN 3354, body material in ductile iron, disc is SS316 or bronze, seat in PTFE/RPTFE, suitable for drinking water, seawater desalination, municipal engineering and other purposes.

The valve internal and external adopts epoxy coated painting, thickness of 200 microns, to ensure the medium and the butterfly valve body uncontacted.

Ductile iron family generally covers GGG40, QT-400, EN-GJS-400-15, ASTM A395 60-40-18 65-45-15 etc, valve seat in addition to PTFE, RPTFE and other fluorine plastic, can also use EPDM, VITON and other rubber. The butterfly valves connection are avaiable for double flanged, wafer or lug.
